Maintenance for Easier, More Efficient Movement
Myofascial Functional Release: Adaptable
Address chronic pain, sleepless discomfort or limiting restrictions with your customized, fascia-focused therapy, tailored to your body and structural presentation...Today. In 3 months it may be different. Learn about the science behind the change here.
We will always begin with an intake interview, we are interested in what you are feeling in your body, if pain exists we'll look to quantify that on the pain scale 1-10. We may conduct a Postural & Movement analysis. Standing, sitting and lying on the table both prone and supine. Assessing arches, ankle articulation, knee traction, pelvis positioning, core and ribcase torsion, range of motion and more.
This provides clues to where the complaint may originate, offers a directional map that guides our approach how and where to apply mechanical load force via our techniques toward the most supportive or functional direction. Functional cupping, stretching or neuromuscular therapy may be integrated as needed.
Research-informed and honoring the science beneath our fingertips.
For those needing progressive structural reorganization, our Advanced Kinesis Myofascial Structural Integration-10 Series is available.
Who Is It For?
This treatment may be a good fit if:
You are seeking treatment for a recurring pain or discomfort, restrictions, range of motion limitations or other medical musculoskeletal complaint
Your symptoms have persisted for a few weeks to a couple of months or longer
Pain levels at 6-10/10 on a more than a few times a month
You seek bodywork to achieve progress you have yet to find through previous treatment approaches.
Symptoms that routinely impact daily life activity
What to Expect
As always we meet you where you are on the day. We begin with a postural analysis, that provides clues to your experience, noting your expressed concerns. Assessing to identify areas of tension, reduced glide, adhered tissue or uneven movement, imbalanced structure, myofascial trigger points and spasms
Treatment is then applied in accordance to the intake interview and postural/movement assessment. Addressing first any significant pain before moving onto treat any identified potential contributor(s) that may be primary cause of your concerns.
Your session may incorporate:
Myofascial and fascial-spreading techniques
Gentle neuromuscular therapy
Functional movement during treatment
Guided stretching or muscle contractions
Functional Cupping
Attention to commonly restricted kinetic chains
Reassessment of areas needing additional support
Recommendations of functional movements to reinforce the work done in the clinic and to further continue tissue remolding.
MFR - Is Not Structural Reformation
Myofascial Release is not intended to replace the advanced kinesis structural integration approach for more complex or multiple conditions of pain, significant movement limitations, or pronounced structural compensation patterns.
It does not follow the 10 sequential progressive sessions as in the kinisis myofascial structural integration treatments.
If your assessment reveals a concern requiring more targeted or advanced work, your therapist may recommend Myofascial Structural Integration & Functional Kinesis Therapy.
The Goal
The goal is to help restore your body to moving comfortably and efficiently—reduce your discomfort and address restrictions before they become more complex.

Aromatherapy
A curated single or essential oil blend applied strategically to support nervous system regulation, breath depth, and session integration.

Designed to complement your primary session without extending time.
Scalp Therapy (Enhancement + 10-min Extension)
Focused work addressing muscle and fascial tension across the scalp, cranial plates, jaw, and temporal region.
Daily activities such as chewing, speaking, screen use, and prolonged concentration often create accumulated tension in these structures.
This extension supports decompression of cranial fascia, jaw soft tissue, and upper cervical attachments — encouraging nervous system down-regulation and postural ease.
CBD Enhancement
Daily activities such as chewing, speaking, screen use, and prolonged concentration often create accumulated tension in these structures.
