Reflexology, foot massage

Add-On: Session Extension

Empirical Feet — Targeted Reflexology Orthopedic Reset (+10)

A concentrated reflexology session focused on mapped zones of the feet corresponding to systemic function.

Supports nervous system regulation, circulation, and restorative balance.

Ideal when deeper reflexology integration is desired beyond brief incorporation into the main session. This focused session combines targeted reflexology with therapeutic manipulation of the feet, including gentle stretching and mobilization of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments that support the foot and ankle. Reflexology pressure techniques stimulate mapped zones of the feet associated with systemic function, encouraging nervous system regulation and restorative balance.

OUR TREATMENTS

Add-On: Extension Empirical Feet — Targeted Reflexology Reset (+10)

Provided by: Carlene Chambers, Alicia Clark, Neuromuscular Therapist & Functional Bodywork Practitioner, Clinical Director

Available Add-Ons

Enhancements: Enhancements are integrated within your scheduled session time. They complement the primary treatment focus without extending the overall appointment length.
Extensions (+15 Minutes): Extensions add 15 additional minutes of focused work, allowing for deeper experience.

Scalp Therapy (Enhancement + 10-min Extension)

Focused work addressing muscle and fascial tension across the scalp, cranial plates, jaw, and temporal region.

Daily activities such as chewing, speaking, screen use, and prolonged concentration often create accumulated tension in these structures.

This extension supports decompression of cranial fascia, jaw soft tissue, and upper cervical attachments — encouraging nervous system down-regulation and postural ease.
